Dosing with Bacteriostatic Water
Bacteriostatic Water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which acts as a preservative to inhibit bacterial growth. This allows reconstituted vials to be used multiple times for up to 28 days when refrigerated.
Common Dilution Ratios
You can adjust the amount of bac water to make the solution more or less concentrated. For a standard 5mg vial:
- •1mL Water = 5000mcg/mL (High Concentration)
- •2mL Water = 2500mcg/mL (Standard)
- •3mL Water = 1666mcg/mL (Low Concentration)
